Finance Council
 The Finance Council adivses the passtor on parish financial affairs and plays an active role in the preparation of the parish budget and of the Annual Parish Financial Report submitted to the parishioners and to the diocese. The pastor consults with the Council on any major commitment of parish resources in excess of $15,000 before permission is requested of the Diocesan Bishop.
