Spring Event

Greetings Parents:

I would like to introduce myself to many of you personally, but for now this will have to suffice. My name is Jason Mininger and I am co-chair of the 2010 Spring Event fund raiser for our school. I am the proud parent of Audrey who is in the great care of Kim Paquette in Kindergarten this year.

As you know, our little school has amongst the lowest tuitions in the area, much of this due to the fundraising efforts of both the School and Parish. As such, it is up to US to help this school flourish.

I am reaching out to appeal to you, ask of you to help. Why? Because we are all on the same team, and this school will go to the next level with our combined efforts, joined resources and most importantly….the gift of your time.

We need volunteers in virtually every area. Would you take a moment to ponder how you could help? Where you have skills and resources that could help make this event something truly special?

We have multiple committees that could use your talents:

Donations
Entertainment
Food
Bar
Program & Invitations
Decorations and Set-up
Art Projects

Only a few people have carried a tremendous load doing this event for the past few years, and it is high time for greater involvement.

So far, we have filled the Finance Committee. This committee’s sole function is to raise money for the school. Co-chairs are Joseph Monahan and Mark Taylor, with Griff Reid our third member.

The Steering committee has graciously educated me thus far, and consists of Charlene Marcum, Lauren Covert, Christy Reid and Maren Conrad-Mininger.
