Smithsonian Education - Science and Nature: Part of the Smthsonian Education set of sites. This site contains information about Smithsonian exhibitions along with pages about such things as space exploration, bugs, anatomy, and more. It has online, interactive challenges to help you learn about science.
NASA Educational Media Archives: Videos on Science, Technology, Mathematics, from NASA
: The US National Aeronautics and Space Administration site. Interesting things for kids and adults alike. From here, kids can play games and reach other cool space sites. Students can select resources organized by grade level, and educators can find resources also ogranized by grade level.
Inner Learning Online: Information about the human body. Each topic has animations, 100’s of graphics, and thousands of descriptive links.
Cool Science for Curious Kids: The Howard Hughes Medical Institute invites curious kids to explore biology...on screen, off screen, and in between.
Scirus: Scirus is the most comprehensive science-specific search engine on the Internet. Driven by the latest search engine technology, Scirus searches over 167 million science-specific Web pages. Many of the references may be complex for grade schoolers, but it does present only relevant scientific references without all the other stuff generated by generalized search engines.

Sizes of Things: What's big? What's small? This work deals with the size of things in the universe. I wrote this to help people realize both the hugeness and the smallness of our universe. This work compares lengths and disances from the effective diameter of a proton to the span of our universe. I have tried to pick objects most familiar to people while still keeping the difference in their length between 5 and 40 times the next one.
